Introducing the world's first left handed Guitar Capo

We are delighted to announce that our C1 Guitar Capo is now fully compatible with the left handed Guitarist.

In an industry first, Strings.ie has developed the world’s first ambidextrous Guitar capo.

Head of Strings.ie product development, April Thurst had this to say; “we’ve always felt left handed players have been undervalued in our industry which is crazy considering how many of our stars are lefties. For nearly two years we have been developing the technology to make our C1 Capo available to both right and left handed players”.

This isn’t the first time Strings.ie has fought in the corner of the left hand player. Exactly one year ago today Strings.ie introduced the worlds first fully left hand compatible plectrums. Using a patented mirror image on both sides of the pick, now players left and right can enjoy the plectrum. This is something even industry giants like Dunlop Accessories haven't been able to develop successfully.

I asked April how come a small company located in the bogs of County Mayo on the west of Ireland was able to advance ahead of the industry leaders like Dunlop and Planet Waves?
“I think the fact that we are small allows us to think outside the box. Companies like Dunlop have hundreds of employees, each with a specific role. At Strings.ie we get everyone involed in all apsects of the business. Even the cat has a say”.
